Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human BTN3A1 mAb(NBP3-48287). (A) NBP3-48287 does not bind to MCF-7 cells that do not express BTN3A1. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48287 was seen compared to the control when incubated with BTN3A1-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48287 to BTN3A1. Antibodies were incubated at 2 ug/mL.
