Colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks second in cancer morbidity, with approximately 60% of patients being diagnosed at an advanced stage. Here, we apply a multiomic strategy jointly leveraging plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and multiple extracellular vesicle (EV)-derived analytes to enhance CRC diagnostic accuracy.
