Immunoprecipitation: DHX57 Antibody [NBP1-28693]
Immunoprecipitation: DHX57 Antibody [NBP1-28693] - Detection of Human DHX57 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DHX57 antibody NBP1-28693 used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. DHX57 was also immunoprecipitated by NBP1-28693, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated DHX57, NBP1-28738 was used at 0.4 mcg/ml, and the ReliaBLOT Reagents and Procedures were incorporated.
