This protein has been associated with LPS-induced acute lung injury, cerulein induced chronic pancreatitis, Jervell and Lange-Nielsen syndrome, Jacobsen syndrome, Niemann-Pick disease, hereditary angioedema, and Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome.
