P3S is a pyridine sulfonyl triazole able to modify RNA via RNA 2'-OH sulfonylation. P3S can be used for RNA SHAPE-MaP experiments in cell lines or live bacteria. It is stable in aqueous media (with half-lives of several hours) even at room temperature.Product Specifications
