Biological Activity for TRAM 34

TRAM 34 is a potent and highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ channels (K_Ca3.1) (K_d = 20 nM). Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity over K_V, BK_Ca, K_Ca2, Na⁺, CRAC and Cl^- channels. Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by mitogenic stimuli.
