SU 6656 is a potent ATP-competitive Src family kinase inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.02, 0.13, 0.17, 0.28 and 6.88 nM for Yes, Lyn, Fyn, Src and Lck, respectively). Exhibits > 6.5 fold selectivity for Src family over other kinases. Also AMPK inhibitor (IC50 = 0.22 μM for the α2 kinase domain). Cell permeable.Product Specifications
