Potent SHMT inhibitor

Product Description

SHIN 1 is a potent serine hydroxymethyltransferase (SHMT) inhibitor (IC50 values are 5 and 13 nM at SHMT1 and SHMT2, respectively). Inhibits growth of HCT-116 cells in vitro (IC50 = 870 nM). Unstable in liver microsome assays.
