Product Description
(R)-ZINC 3573 is a Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2) agonist (EC50 = 0.74 μM), which displays selectivity for MRGPRX2 over 350 other GPCRs, including MRGPRX1. (R)-ZINC 3573 induces intracellular calcium release and degranulation in LAD2 mast cells in vitro.Negative control (S)-ZINC 3573 (Cat. No. 6352) also available.
