Selective TRPC3 inhibitor
Product Description
Pyr3 is a selective antagonist of the canonical transient receptor potential channel 3 (TRPC3). Inhibits TRPC3-mediated Ca2+ influx (IC50 = 0.7 μM) and suppresses activation of nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT). Inhibits hypertrophic responses in cardiomyocytes.Product Specifications
