Phenyl amino glutarimide (PAG) 3'-fluoro-4'-piperazine is a functionalized cereblon ligand for PROTAC® research and development; incorporates an E3 ligase ligand with a terminal piperazine for onward chemistry to generate Protein Degraders with rigid linkers.
