Biological Activity for NBC 6

NBC 6 is a NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 574 nM). Inhibits nigericin-induced inflammasome activation in THP-1 cells and Imiquimod (Cat. No. 3700) induced IL-1β release from LPS-primed bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs).
