LP 922056 is a notum pectinacetylesterase inhibitor. LP 922056 activates wnt signaling in vitro (EC50 values are 21 nM in human and 55 nM in mouse cell-based assay). It increases cortical bone thickness in mouse model of bone growth. LP 922056 also inhibits growth of Apc-mutant cell lines and proliferation of intestinal adenomas in vivo.Product Specifications
