H-Ras-cRaf1 interaction inhibitor; inhibits Raf signaling. Selectively attenuates proliferation and induces apoptosis of cancer cells harboring Ras oncogenes. Reduces growth of K-Ras mutant SW480 colon carcinoma cell xenografts in mice. Orally active.
