IMP 2373 is a pan-deubiquitinase (pan-DUB) activity-based probe with alkyne click handle. IMP 2373 interacts with more than 35 DUBs in diverse cell lines and across a range of non-toxic concentrations. IMP 2373 can be used to monitor changes in intracellular DUB activity in live cells during pharmacological inhibition and in vivo during MYC deregulation in a model of B cell lymphoma.Product Specifications
