Use of BromoCatch™ Control Ligand in live cell imaging.
Live-cell confocal imaging of U2OS cells transiently expressing H2B-BromoCatch™ to assess probe activation. Cells were treated with Janelia Fluor® 635, BromoCatch™ Ligand (1 µM), for 4 hours and counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (Catalog # 5117) (0.5 µg/mL) prior to imaging. Controls included vehicle-treated cells, mock-transfected cells, and pre-incubation with the competitive inhibitor BromoCatch Control Ligand (25 µM, 30 min).Product Specifications
