AM 4113 is a high affinity and selective CB1 antagonist (Kd = 0.89 nM). Exhibits 100-fold selectivity for CB1 over CB2. Attenuates CB1 agonist AM 411-induced locomotor suppression and reduces food intake in vivo, but does not induce signs of nausea.Product Specifications
