Product Description
NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is a ready-to-use fluorescent nuclear stain for live cell imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is highly suited for long term 2D and 3D cell organoids imaging. Able to multiplex with Live-dead stain for multiplexed phenotypic imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is suitable for monitoring precise tracking of cell proliferation, differentiation, and responses to stimuli over time. Allow wash-free imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is provided as 50 µL of 1000x concentrate in DMSO. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 568 nM and 590 nM, respectively.Please refer to this protocol for further information on how to use this product.
