BromoCatch™ dTAG Dimerizer is a bifunctional molecule inducing proximity between BromoCatch- and dTAG-fused proteins. Comprises BromoCatch Ligand and dTAG Ligand, connected by a PEG linker. Unlike reversible BDPIC (Cat. No. 9024), BromoCatch Ligand forms an irreversible covalent bond with BromoCatch-fused proteins, inducing proximity with dTAG-fused proteins.This product is part of an early adopter program.
