BromoCatch™ GFP Expression Plasmid (C-term, pTK, Puro)

This plasmid enables expression of proteins fused to the BromoCatch™ tag, a covalent self-labeling tag derived from a BET bromodomain. BromoCatch™ forms a rapid, specific covalent bond with functionalized small-molecule probes for live-cell labeling, protein isolation, or targeted degradation. The vector expresses a C-terminal BromoCatch fusion GFP protein with a glycine-serine linker and upstream cloning site, driven by the TK promoter with puromycin resistance for selection.

The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Store the unopened product at -20 to -70 °C. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Do not use past expiration date.
