Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XRN1 antibody NB500-191 (lot NB500-191-4) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. XRN1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB500-191-3). For blotting immunoprecipitated XRN1, NB500-191 was used at 0.04 ug/ml.
