Immunoprecipitation:UBL7 AntibodyNBP3-30180] -Detection of human UBL7 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBL7 antibody NBP3-30180 (lot NBP3-30180-2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. UBL7 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBL7..
