Immunoprecipitation:TRA2A AntibodyNBP3-29213] -Detection of human TRA2-alpha by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRA2-alpha antibody NBP3-29213 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TRA2-alpha was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRA2-alpha., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TRA2-alpha, was used at 0.4 µg/ml.
