Western Blot: TANC1 Antibody [NBP1-52630] - Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TANC1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. TANC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TANC1 antibodies NBP1-52631 and NBP1-52632, which recognize downstream epitopes.Applications for TANC1 Antibody - BSA Free
