Detects human Syntaxin 1A in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Epimorphin/Syntaxin 2 is observed, 25% cross-reactivity with rhSyntaxin 1B2 and rhSyntaxin 3 is observed, and no cross-reactivity with rhSyntaxin 1B1 is observed.

It is compatible with common acceptor dyes that absorb at the emission wavelengths of CoraFluor(TM) 1. CoraFluor(TM) 1 can be used for the development of robust and scalable TR-FRET binding assays such as target engagement, ternary complex, protein-protein interaction and protein quantification assays.
