Western Blot:[NBP3-30508]-Detection of human SPICE by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPICE antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SPICE was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SPICE antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope.
