Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Rubicon antibody NBP1-30461 (lot NBP1-30461-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Rubicon was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-30461-1) and another rabbit anti-Rubicon antibody.
