Immunoprecipitation:RPP20 AntibodyNBP3-30131] -Detection of human POP5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-POP5 antibody (NBP3-30131 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. POP5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-POP5 antibody . For blotting immunoprecipitated POP5, NBP3-30131 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for RPP20 Antibody - BSA Free
