Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29018]-Detection of human RPL29 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RPL29 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RPL29 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RPL29 antibody.
