Western Blot:[NBP3-29839]-Detection of human REPS1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-REPS1 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. REPS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-REPS1 antibody , which recognizes a downstream epitope.
