Detects rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/ beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, almost 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-2 alpha is observed, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) MIP-2 is observed, 35% cross‑reactivity with rmKC is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with rrCINC-1 is observed, and 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL‑8, rhGRO alpha, rhGRO beta, and rhGRO gamma is observed.
