Immunoprecipitation: PURB Antibody [NBP1-99779] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Pur-beta antibody NBP1-99779 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. Pur-beta was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Pur-beta antibody NBP1-99780, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Pur-beta, NBP1-99779 was used at 1 ug/ml.
