Wild-type (WT) and PGR1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PGR1 antibody [N1C2] (NBP3-48527) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
