Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18388]-Detection of human PCNX3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PCNX3 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PCNX3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PCNX3 antibody.
