Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CLEC2D mAb(NBP3-48321). (A) NBP3-48321 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CLEC2D. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48321 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CLEC2D-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48321 to CLEC2D. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/mL.
