Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30133]-Detection of human NAA50 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAA50 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NAA50 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NAA50 antibody.
