Detection of Mouse Cystatin C by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of mouse plasma and RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Cystatin C Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1238) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Cystatin C at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated).
