Western Blot: KIF2C Antibody [NBP2-17054] -
Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MCAK antibody [N1N3] (NBP2-17054) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: KIF2C Antibody [NBP2-17054] -
MCAK antibody [N1N3] detects MCAK protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MCAK protein stained by MCAK antibody [N1N3] (NBP2-17054) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
