Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse SDPR Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse SDPR by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human heart and mouse lung tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse SDPR Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5759) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for SDPR at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Detection of SDPR by Western Blot
Impairment of caveolar invagination by syndapin III KO does not lead to dissociation of CAVIN-1 from the plasma membrane. (c-f) Quantitative western blot analyses of homogenates of hearts (c,d) from WT and syndapin III KO mice addressing components suggested to play roles in caveolae formation that may be redundant or related to the critical role of syndapin III in caveolar invagination (normalized to GAPDH). Data, mean ± SEM. N = 12 each genotype. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29202928), licensed under a CC-BY license.
