Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GPRC5A antibody NBP3-30195 (lot NBP3-30195-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. GPRC5A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GPRC5A.. GPRC5A is a lung-specific tumor suppressor and may play a role in the interaction between retinoid acid and G protein signaling pathways. GPRC5A is also involved in embryonic development and epithelial cell differentiation.
