ELISA: NBP2-21747 binds free GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(9-37) in solution. NBP2-21747 binds free GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(9-37) in solution. NBP2-21747 works well as a capture antibody with NBP1-05180B as a biotinylated detection antibody cross-reacting about 5% with C-terminally amidated GLP-1. NBP2-21747 can also be used as a capture antibody for detection of GLP-1 derivatives. (1)
WB: NBP2-21747 can be used in Western blotting.
