Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29022]-Detection of human C6orf106 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-C6orf106 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. C6orf106 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-C6orf106 antibody.
