Flow Cytometry: BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B Antibody (5A8) [NBP1-97639] - HEK 293T cells were mock transfected (thin line) or transfected with an expression plasmid enabling surface expression of the extracellular domain of mouse BAFF (thick line). Cells (5 x 10^5) were incubated on ice for 30 min in 50ul FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% sodium azide) containing 1ug/ml of MAb to BAFF (mouse) (5A8). After washing in FACS buffer, R-PE-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added.
