Detection of Aducanumab by Western Blot.
Western blot shows Trastuzumab (negative control), Gemtuzumab (negative control), Teprotumumab (negative control), and Aducanumab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Aducanumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9545) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for Aducanumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Specificity of Anti-Aducanumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody in Direct ELISA.
A panel of biosimilars was coated at 1 μg/mL in 96-well polystyrene plates. Anti-Aducanumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody (Catalog # MAB9545, 333 ng/mL) detected Aducanumab.
