Western Blot: ACSL1 Antibody (HL1651) [NBP3-48661] -
Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACSL1 antibody [HL1651] (NBP3-48661) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Background: ACSL1
ALCS1 is strongly expressed in the heart, kindey, liver, skeletal muscle, and erythroid cells, and to a lesser extent in lung, brain, placenta and pancreas. This protein is predominantly expressed during the early stages of erythroid development, and expression is weak in reticulocytes and young erythrocytes.
